We collect the minimum data needed to run FightEdge: your email address and, if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details processed securely by Stripe. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party, for any reason, under any circumstances. This is a permanent commitment, not a marketing line, and it is set out in full below.
FightEdge is a sports intelligence and analysis newsletter operated as a sole trader business, trading from Ireland and serving subscribers primarily in the United Kingdom and Ireland. For any privacy-related query, you can contact us at hello@fightedge.co.uk.
FightEdge is a media and analysis service. We do not hold a gambling licence and do not accept bets.
We collect only what is necessary to deliver the FightEdge newsletter and operate the service.

We do not currently use advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or third-party marketing cookies on fightedge.co.uk. If this changes, this policy will be updated before any such tool goes live.
We do not collect, request, or store information about your actual betting activity, bet amounts, bookmaker account details, or gambling history. FightEdge provides analysis and intelligence. What you choose to do with it is not tracked or known to us.
FightEdge will never sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal data to any third party, including data brokers, marketing companies, or any other business, for any commercial purpose, at any point, now or in the future.
This commitment applies regardless of how the business grows, changes ownership, or restructures. Your data is used solely to deliver the service you signed up for.
We do not share your email address or any other personal data with bookmakers, advertisers, or any other party for marketing or commercial purposes.
FightEdge newsletters and the website include links to UK-licensed bookmakers, some of which may be affiliate links. Clicking a bookmaker link takes you to that bookmaker's own website, which operates under its own privacy policy. FightEdge does not pass your personal data to bookmakers when you click these links.
If you are based in the UK or the European Economic Area, you have rights under UK GDPR and/or EU GDPR, including the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@fightedge.co.uk. We will respond within one month.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by managing your subscription directly in Substack.
We retain your email and subscription data for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with tax and accounting obligations.
We rely on the security infrastructure of Substack and Stripe, both established providers with industry-standard security practices, to protect subscriber data.
fightedge.co.uk may use essential cookies required for the website to function correctly. We do not currently use non-essential tracking or advertising cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required by law, request your consent first.
FightEdge is intended for adults aged 18 and over only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has subscribed, please contact us at hello@fightedge.co.uk.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
